I use EditScript on 3 computers, the lowest one has only 256 MB (with windows 2000 and 1 Ghz), my highest is 512 MB (Windows XP, 2.8 Ghz), and I haven't had any problems.

Please just ignore me if this is a dumb suggestion because you have already tried it.

But, have you tried totally removing EditScript from your computer and reloading?  If you no longer have the link for getting the software, it is likely that someone at your company would have it.  When you remove it from your system, you not only remove it from control panel--add/remove software, but you go to "my computer" or C-hard drive, whatever yours is called, and delete any folders from there, as well.
