help iwith the c&p

Okay, I do the typical dictation for an office visit with H&P etc. Then I produce a letter to send to the referring doctor but the letter is printed on pre-printed letterhead and only the assessment and recommendations goes on the letter. Right now I have a template for the letter and I c&p the assessment and reccomendations from the original dictation and place it in the new document for the letter. Then I print the letter and then copy and add it to the end of the original dictation to include it in my word count. Does this make more sense? I need to simplify it so I do not have to c&p every letter. Please help!
