why so many companies are offshoring their work. Why pay someone the equivolent of $10-18/hr when they can pay someone $1-2/hr for the same thing? I also try to do freelance work at oDesk but I'm having a hard time getting jobs because there's so many people on there from India offering to work for $1.25/hr.
