I assume that you are referring to using Control P for print, as Control+Shift+F12 is the other default shortcut for that command. If so, to correct this, Select Tools, Customize. Select the Commands tab and then select Keyboard at the bottom. Select File in the left pane, and in the right pane select FilePrint. You will see the shortcuts currently assigned and can also add additional shortcuts of your own (i.e. Control P) for the command. If you have any questions, post them and I will attempt to help. Sam
