how about ESL with a stutter?

I have several of those.  And one guy who likes to repeat almost every phrase at least 3 times - annoying but at least you get a chance to hear it again if you didn't catch it the first time

dictators who stutter

I'm losing my mind from transcribing for a stutterer.  Ugh!  I lose an enormous amount of line count with him, due to his stuttering.  Thinking about typing everything he says, including the stuttering, and sending it through in order to make my line count.  I'm sure this wouldn't be considered professional or acceptable to the client or QA, but I need to be able to pay my bills.  What's the experience of you guys?

Now THAT would definitely be a pain! What do you do to ensure your line count? Do you send these dictations rough?

It's National Stutter Day for me! Lots of uh, uh, uh.
