  • take my lunch break and take a dip in the pool - very relaxing, but hard to get out sometimes...nm
  • Me, too, but it's the dark chocolate. I get up and do something else, have a few bites, and then - back to it, reluctantly. :( nm
  • I get a pikc-me-up drink from Starbucks or - Dunkins...drinkable junk food you could say!

  • I turn on the news and realize that I am safe and blessed. - And then I gratefully go back to work.
