idea of what to expect, but there are a lot of factors that our managers won't tell us like which doctors are weighted and by how much, if spaces count, if returns count, what actually makes up a line, etc. one manager will say one thing, the other something different and they have never gotten their story straight over the years. i've added the count option in my top tool bar. (i'm faster with the mouse than shortcut keys most of the time.) my counts are usually at least 1000+ below what they normally say but when they match i know for sure they've been messing with the numbers/programs.
