it will get better

You really just have to hang in there, as far as the difficult dictators and the way they are inconsistent, some docs will always be that way, and it is up to us as MTs to kind of get a feel for them and learn how to deal with it, but with more experience, you will get better.  I have been doing this for 20 years (Yikes!) and I still have doctors that I type for that I just cringe when I get them!  We can only type what they dictate to us, but sometimes they expect us to be mind readers! 

As for the poster who's subject line says awww...just ignore that person, as I'm sure you will...that did not make much sense at all!  You wil be fine...it is frustrating especially if your pay is based on production, but you will get it...just have lots of resources at your fingertips, and don't be afraid to ask for help!
