Nice people can be found at JLG. ..at least from IC viewpoint. Don't know about FT but have been told by (another nice person in) management that the they do expect more out of thier FT people.

Prepare not to be paid for spaces (65-character line) on some accts, though I understand not all. Platform I'm on is a good one, but don't know about others. Most accounts are pretty good but one I have has a couple of real stinkers on it.

Pay on time, professional. Need to be a self-starter type if IC. Feedback not always the best but they do seem to respect their scribes.
