If I had a dime for how many times I'd been asked by a friend or a friend who knows someone who wants to get into the business if I can recommend anything. They think it is just a matter of typing. I started giving them websites so they can fill out applications and take the testing for MT jobs. Once they try that I never hear another peep. They find out it is just not handed to you and it is HARD. Or once they call the number and get asked about their background experience they get the message how they are so not qualified.
