I have to disagree with the two above.  I like Emdat/Inscribe very much.  I also went from DQS to Emdat and did NOT like it at first but that was because of the change.  It takes a while to learn because it DOES DO SO MUCH.  Once I got used to it, I wouldn't go back.  I find that being able to look at previous dictations  (on the same patient or same doctor) is invaluable.  As for having to add to spellcheck, if the spellcheck and dictionaries are set up as they should be, you won't have that problem.  The tech team answers your questions right then or calls you back very quickly and will walk you thru everything and anything.  Emdat does so much more than DQS, and therefore it's harder to learn, but once you learn it you can save SO much time.  I make more on this platform in less than two years than I did with DQS, and it's not the companies, but the platforms that have allowed me to do so.  The "jumps" also save boo coos of time once you learn it.  Feel free to e-mail me with any questions.
