i had this too a few months ago. had mammo, checked out ok. my doc also said it could be from mastitis that i had 13 years ago from breast feeding. although i have an aunt who found out she had breast CA this way, but she woke up with a huge brownish stain on her pjs one morning. apparently she saw this a few times (not that much) and thought she spilled coffee on herself! she called it ductal carcinoma.
