I start off Monday like I am on fire, getting 2000 to 2200 lines in 8 hours. By Friday, I am down to 1700-1800. I just get tired! I do think the split shift makes a difference though. I know you said that doesn't work for you, but I know on Mon and Tues when I am doing 5 hours in the afternoon and then 3 hours in the evening, this is when my production is the highest.
