microwaveable hot packs sm

The kind you buy at the mall kiosks, etc., or craft stores. There are directions on the web how to make them with rice and herbal products in a cotton sack but I buy them. We have about 6 and my husband and I both use them for neck, shoulders. Helps put you to sleep as well. They are part of my wardrobe, takes 1.5 to 2 min., to heat in the microwave; couldn't live without them. One of those, a Benadryl and an acetaminophen, right to sleep.

did he say anything about ice packs?
may have changed since I dealt with any of this, but used to, 10 minutes on and 10 off. Maybe I am overreacting, but this seems worrisome to me. If you start running a temp I would call him immediately.
Yes - smoke 1-1/2 packs per day. Tried and tried to quit to no avail.
I enjoy my nicotine - sad to say.
Yikes! Turn it off - have gone thru 2 power packs by leaving on 24/7 - nm

Ack!!! Sorry just realized you wanted packs and not years, but still the same method.

Pack years = packs smoked per day x years of smoking - sm
25 pack-years = 25 years of 1 pack a day, or 12-1/2 years of 2 packs a day.

I don't think pack-years applies to someone who smokes only cigars. But I don't know for sure.
