I do not think you are being rude at all.  I have thought about seeing my doctor about maybe an appetite suppressant or something like that, but any time I have taken drugs of this sort my heart will race so rapidly that I just cannot stand being on these type of medications.  I am doing NutriSystem and that is how I have lost the 20 pounds I have lost.  It just seems to be going so slow.  I actually have 160 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight, but to be insured they say I have to lose at least 70. I am feeling desparate here.  I have health problems that contributed to my weight gain, and in a vicious cycle my weight gain has contributed to my health problems   I cannot be without insurance.

Again, on the subject of going to a doctor.  I have asked my doctor for something, and he is always reluctant to give me anything because I have high blood pressure.  I am in a Catch 22 situation here.
