I've been a Transcriptionist for 10 years, 8 years with the same company, was promoted to QA 3 years ago - I make14.75 an hour - I haven't had a raise in 2 years. When you ask for a review for a raise, they just ignore you. I do a good job and produce a lot of reports. It's disgusting.
