never had any problems with AT&T

I also noticed that as well. I had ATT wireless and never had a problem with cell service, customer service, billing- nothing. Then Cingular bought them out & its been a disaster. I noticed billing errors on every statement, their customer service is pathetic, and I always get dropped calls or no signal strength.

They say that since they have merged together, they have formed the largest digital coverage in the country, then how is it that i get dropped calls and no service all the time?? I dont get it. But i hate it & want to switch companies asap!

• Cingular wireless service has really gotten bad since - buying out whoever, think AT&T? SM
  • never had any problems with AT&T - not a cingular fan
