nip it in the bud...NOW

There is no such thing as "somewhat unfaithful", and I know how hard it is to trust again. My concern would be the fact that your husband knows his mother has a relationship with this woman, and what has he said to her? I don't think I could trust my husband if he couldn't stand up to his own mother about this. You have EVERY right to feel betrayed and extremely angry, but realize you have to do what's right for you!!! You know your MIL is in the wrong and your husband was in the wrong, so don't play around with this. If you don't take a stand, a PERMANENT STAND, for yourself, your MIL sees you as someone who can be manipulated, honey, and you need to put her in her place NOW!! Let her know you are a big girl and will not be associating with the likes of her. Don't let the guilt thing hang over you. Matter of fact, I'm sure you would feel a LOT better if you got that off your chest. This will eat away at you every day until you take a stand.
