I work for four docs now and have no problem. I use the abbreviations also through word's auto correct...It is wonderful! It is hard at first to handle all that work, and i have had help along the way, but found once you know the docs and their "way" of dictating, it became a breeze. Besides, i don't get work from each of them every day so i do have some leway.
