on a pc, nothing is truly gone

• Help..I lost my word file. How can I retreive a file that has been changed? sm - Please help!!

        • You may have gotten it back from the recycle bin, but system restore does not restore documents. - Do some research. nm

  • You could always try doing a system-wide search for a patient you know is on the file and maybe - you'll find something. This has worked for me
