well, i think it all depends on if you really want to work or not - my pay has been significantly reduced over the last 5 years - lower pay and less work - with the nationals - i do not feel like going out any longer and finding my own acccounts as I did when I was younger. And then editing - for .04 a line - and it is true - they say IC but want you to work a particular schedule - or there is no work - of course you can always throw the IRC IC rules at them - however, they really don't care - they will just get someone else if you complain. I'm looking for something else to do, as well, like so many other MTs.
