I never said you were "incompetent."

But I will say that I feel you did not research the product enough. If you had, you would have read information (including archived messages on this board) that the product is NOT for everyone. If you are a relatively fast typist (85+ wpm) and have your Expander fine tuned with thousands of abbreviations, all of which you can remember, then Dragon would be a waste of money and time for you. Dragon is best for those MTs who are suffering the effects from years of doing this job, or those who have other physical conditions (i.e. broken wrist, carpal tunnel syndrome) that interfere with production.

Now, if you will excuse me, I have so much work to do. And I simply cannot produce 2500-3000 65-char lines a day with 99.9% accuracy *without* my Dragon.
