I am Kristen's mother. Her father and I want you to know that we are very sorry for all of this trouble. By the time we found out it was all way out of hand. Please call us at 580-335-2829 (You probably should contact the police, we understand that). Kristen has three young daughters 9, 4, and 18 months, children who are also victims of her mental illness and we are trying to assess what happens next for them. Kristen is definitely facing jailtime and felony counts to her record, but she also needs counseling. Our priority now is her children. Please contact us with any information. We have to know if there is anything else out there. Our goal is NOT to get her out of trouble, but to salvage the lives of these young girls and possibly, hopefully, eventually help Kristen rebuild. As for getting your money back the officer misspoke. They have not made arrangements for repayment, Kristen's father and I have voluntarily done that because we are Christians and want to do all we can to make up for all of your trouble. We are teachers, not wealthy, but will do all we can to get your money back to you. I know you are all very angry, as we all are, but please include her children in your prayers.
