The Aruban prosecutor said they have evidence but cannot disclose it.  The judge looked over what they had and decided to hold that boy for 60 more days.  Seems like they know something we dont.

    Interview With Prosecutor
The prosecutor from Aruba was interviewed last week and she said they can still go ahead with charging the boy with murder even without a body.  She said it would be harder to make the case but they have some evidence which, by law, they cannot disclose.
You have to get as much evidence as you can as to

who is doing this to you.  You assume it's the man but you have no proof and the police will need some proof to do anything.

Have you contacted the phone company about possible problems on your line?  They'd surely be able to help you with that.

Next, the computer.  You have 3 firewalls and someone is still getting in and stealing things?  How?  What program is being used to get into your computer?  Figure it out and remove it.  If none of this stops the problem, then format the computer.  That will certainly knock out anyone who may have done something in there to allow them in without your knowledge and you'll have to start over but you will certainly be moe secure in doing it.  You've obviously got a program that is allowing someone to get in and you can take care of that if you track it down, or maybe I'm too naive.  Notify your internet provider of a possible problem with hackers via the internet and see if they can be of any help to clear this stuff up.

    watch the prosecutor video
The prosecutor in Atuba, I believe her name is Carin Janssen, said the father and the two boys can still be rearrested.  They did not have enough to hold them but they are still part of the investigation.  For any father to tell his son without a body there is no crime, how awful.  You get a grip, it is so obvious the boy is involved and the two friends helped him cover it up.
    I watched the prosecutor video
I watched the video with the interview with the Aruban prosecutor, which was on MSNBC videos in the internet..check it out, maybe it is still there.  She said the father was arrested for interfering with an investigation by talking to the boys and telling them no body, no crime.
    Net Address to Prosecutor Video
Go to MSN.com, on the left side are all categories for the news.  Go down the column till you see videos (or news videos), about three quarters down page.  Click on that, a box will come up with a selection of videos to watch.  To the left are categories you can pick from.  There is also a search box.  Type in Aruba in the search box, click on the arrow and all the videos from the case come up.  There prosecutor is the blonde lady, about second row of videos.  There were two sessions with her.  Click on the play button under the video and you will be able to watch the interview with the prosecutor.
I'm afraid I'd have to see the evidence for that claim. sm
It would really take all the planets being lined up to see that kind of average production among that many people.
Unfortunately high suspicion is not hard evidence.

I told her things to watch for and that there is an anonymous tip line she can report them to if they are getting high while driving and on the job. That tip line is more for a suspicious house though, dealer w/ cars coming and going all the time.  I don't think you can call the cops and say "I think my boss is on drugs and hires tweekers" and they will be able to do anything about it without warrants or other solid proof.

I was looking at the laws about drug testing in the workplace, and the message I got was that the little guy might as well forget it, leave drug testing to bigger companies, and to be really careful about how you go about it if you do test. Not to mention alcoholics, who have a "disease."  The BBB doesn't handle this type of complaint, either.

"There was no evidence of a deep vein thromposis"
How do these RN's get out of HIGH SCHOOL without being able to read?
I talked to the MQ MT lawyers. They promised it would take time to gather evidence.

As any professional deserves to be paid for their time, so do lawyers.  They spent years in college while you probably were doing MT work typing someone else's words and ideas.  Lawyers go to school to develop knowledge of the law and ideas of their own.  Now on the other hand, you seem to have no problems with the CEO(s) of MQ jeopordizing your job by illegal billing of clients all the while bonusing himself and his cronies at your expense.

With all due respect you are full of it.
