question

Hi there,

You seem very knowledgeable about the whole C-phone/VOIX thing and I have a question, please.  I just set up my cable internet phone, purchased a C-phone, hooked up the footpedal, and headset.  Cable guy just left, everything good to go, but my calls using the C-phone won't complete.  I get a dial tone, but get various recordings when I try to call various lines.  I have (supposedly) unlimited local and long distance and I hooked up a regular land-line phone to see that it works and it does.  Any thoughts about something I'm missing with the C-phone?  Do you have to dial a 9 first before the number or press a certain button etc.. to get the outgoing call to go through?  Thanks so much!
