1.  Connect better with people, keep better touch with friends.

2.  Cut out red meat and bad fat and increase fruits, veggies and fiber.

3.  Continue crawling out of debt as first $ priority.

4.  Walk more I guess.  Yuck.

I am going to resolve to not make a new year resolution. Cannot ever keep them anyway
New Year's Resolutions anyone?
I'm going 2 lose weight!
Any New Year's Resolutions????

For me, I have 30 lbs. to lose!  Oh boy!  Quit smoking four months ago and indulged in food.  My appetite was insatiable at times.  At this point, I am going to give everything I have for the next three months to getting this weight off.  Being 30 lb. overweight at 47 is doing nothing for my self esteem and I do not want to spend money on a new wardrobe...

Anyone else with lifestyle changes planned for 2006?

New Year's Resolutions
Yes, I have weight to lose and my husband and I are both stopping smoking tonight. Any good advice from all of you who have quit? I tried the patch, hypnosis, gum, etc. The longest I have quit is 3 weeks and then I go right back to it. So, we are hoping we don't kill each other tomorrow. Last time hubby stopped he was eating everything in site and now we laugh when he asked where his supper was at night. I told him you have hands, cook it if you are that hungry lol, so he laughed and cooked us all dinner. Yikes, our kids are not looking forward to both of us off cigarettes, but they do want us to quit. Here's hoping to a smoke free 2006 and not gaining 50 pounds. Have life savers on hand that will help. Thanks
