you may not have to work for a service. Some states have hospitals that will let you work at home from anywhere within the state. North Carolina is a good example. They hire transcriptionists from all over North Carolina and you are considered a hospital employee and can work at home.
Some of these services are really bad. So please check into some major hospitals in your state and see if they are hiring.
