in this day and age are smart enough not to open an email if they don't know who sent it to them...
Especially if it relates to porn or some such material. That is how you typically end up with these types of viruses. If you don't know who sent it to you, DON'T OPEN IT!!! Just delete it and you won't have to worry about it.
A good anti-virus program and spam blocker also can work wonders.
