subsonometer or subcentemeter

I am testing for a new speciality.  Here is my question underlined:

 A 2.1 cm isodense lesion is again identified except for the kamachium and pulled the right kidney and multiple left renal hypodense lesions. 

I am totally lost.  

also does sub-sonometer     make sense???
