I worry about the ones who have to find a friend to bring them to appointments or to the hospital because there is no family.  Nobody should have to spend their last moments on this earth alone.

I also get rather angry too at the ones who go to the ER for every little thing for themselves and for their kids, scraped knee, haven't pooped in one day, etc.  This seems to be especially true for those on public assistance, since they don't pay the big copays like most folks.
