Tell them that you will be raising your rates as of Jan 1.

The BS I just got is that my pay is being lowered. I never got a raise as an MT and in fact all they ever notified me of was pay cuts.... and this isn't the first time. i am damg sick of it.

- As an IC, you are techinically your own business. Therefore, it's up to you - to set and raise your rates.

- I would just ask for it -- unless you have a contract with them for a specific price and is due to - memt
