I have always wanted to pay fair and everyone to make decent money and not rip off the docs as they really are not getting that rich anymore either. I pay usually 8 cents a line for 65 gross lines with me doing all the pick ups, deliveries, printing, billing, etc. I charge out from 11 to 12 cents and that pays for my cost of doing all that. My gals make between 15 to 24 per hour with the exception of one psychologist where they can make up to 30 an hour if they use their templates and short-cuts. But I am a very small company and you need to be your own QA person. But after the first of the year am hoping to talk to some of these clinics that are outsourcing to see if we can bring back the jobs with the gals in their homes but your gotta provide the services if you want the business and I have found that there are a lot that do not want to work for their money. Sorry on my soap box this morning. But thanks and will let you know if I am ever looking.
