thank you, SM, for pointing out that the MT field is not a tragic wasteland of bygone opportunity. Dianna clearly needs to find another profession and I say this with the utmost respect.

EVERY profession will have people who respond to questions like the OP presented, and most will respond with negativity.

MT is still a very healthy, viable business with loads of opportunity and, from my experience, a fairly affordable one to start up from scratch.
