Thanks for commiserating! I'm pulling my hair out. I actually have more blanks than words, and for one patient (whose name I can't even make out!) the entire physical exam is blank! Very sad indeed... We had a very bad storm the day of dictation and my other phone line was completely dead for 2 days. I can't believe he dictated anyways. I really am going to need a miracle!
