I am used to being "scored" after all these years, but trying to set up a scoring system.  Right now there are no rewards/punishments given for great/lousy work.  I have my charts made up to keep track of the types of errors, but now trying to figure out what percentage to assign to the different types of errors.  We don't want to "break bad" on anybody, but really need to make people accountable.  What we would like to see is 98% accuracy, but trying to figure out how to assign percentages to errors to be able to score them fairly.    We don't score people who are cross training on accounts and such, we just QA all of those.
