since I believe they come in 100 and 200-mg tablets, the latter of which can be split in two.
I started at 200 mg a day but felt that wasn't enough, so I increased to 300 mg a day (max allowed), told the doctor what I did, and he said it was fine with him.
It's working fine for me.
