I just also got a notice when logging on that my computer was attacked and they stopped it. I wonder what is up?

Threats
It's one of those deals where if you don't work the long hours 7 days a week, you get the "Well I can certainly put other people on the account." Lately what's been happening is they are hiring a LOT of part timers just out of school. There were several of us with the company since it started up and we had accounts that were our own and it's like we are slowing being pushed out with loss of accounts and such. We always hear "you won't make what you make here" and yes the line rates were decent, but I am actually losing money by not getting shift diff and OT. I think the feds should crack down on these places. The boss is in the Bahamas for the weekend and we sit typing.
Amherst threats
I too have been sitting this morning, once again waiting for some work. I agreed to switch to DQS/DEP platform along with my primary account and, before I could blink, my account (and me) got transferred across the country to Amherst. Amherst assured me they have lots of work, but here I sit and am getting poor response to my situation. Meanwhile, we get an e-mail saying they will hire more MTs if people who didn't have enough work during the week didn't then work the holiday. Very peculiar stuff these days with MQ--I've been shuffled from a suddenly closing office through 2 others in just a couple of months. I am wondering about other outfits. Are they any saner? I worked once for a small contractor and it was okay. Then I got an at-home full-time position directly with a hospital. This is my first real encounter with megabusiness MT world. Is it all the same with this kind of work?
Virus threats ?
If you have a strong virus protection (..plus) and a firewall, it will give you 'virus' threats, even if you try to access your newly installed programs. You have to modify your firewall options.
Mr. Toth responds...with threats
I emailed this company, because I have friends who have been messed over by them. The response was nasty, and I rolled up my sleeves and leapt into the fray.
Apparently he considers it legally actionable just to email him something disagreeable. Below are excerpts from his responses:
"Now are you that stupid to think you are going to email me such a ludicrous statement, than expect me to not respond? How pathetic! Do you not have anything else better to do(obviously no work) than to email people you have not a chance in h*** to work for, which is why you seem to have too much time? I guess this shows you spend too much of that valuable time you have extra, reading trivial posts from meaningless people of which cannot comprehend a contract, or simply just passing it on from other posters and the same person/s.
"I thank you but the funny thing is...you are now part of our list of people that will be the cause of those posters on the net with which they seem to have caused "Tortious Interference" on our clients/transcriptionists, but will pay for their actions monetarily in a court of law. You are proof that these posts are made. Can you help in telling me exactly what board this is on? The posts will go away, I assure you, Legally! But they have to keep them for this reason and I can find out each and every person posting because they have to keep your information on record. Right down to the exact computer in any location within any country in the world.

If I read this correctly, the guy thinks he can legally intimidate all of you for posting anything bad about his company.
