I was not selecting any single group to chastise .. but, at the end of the day I find far too much time being spent in watching work que situations and writing emails to ask for help. This crosses the boundaries between employees and ICs and while I understand the issues with ICs very well, if a schedule of working hours is submitted to me I take this as a viable working arrangement with that IC and I fully expect cooperation if the IC agreement is to be maintained and respected by both sides.
