when the InScribe window opens, try the different 3 things that are listed there. You may need to use ExpressScribe, depending what pedal you have, or one of the other 2 options. I played with all 3 options the other day when had no work and was amazed at what I found I could do. Each program should have an option for you to back up a few seconds or not at all.
