there's probably good web sites with this info, but what i've put are: vitals (address, phone, e/m address, etc); background/education (high school, college, vocational training)....work experience, work preferences/strengths; whether you have worked verbatim accounts, voice recognition, used specialized equipment, etc.; references. I also include a short, very-to-the-point cover letter. I just use the left margin mostly, with maybe one ident for some info. As long as it is easily, quickly readable. Good luck!
