This whole thing is being humane about treatment of people and animals, which many countries seem to lack. I have three indoor cats, all have rabies shots, and I am sure they could have had rabies vaccinations for their pets or not allow dogs in China at all. We do have the right to object to the way that humans and/or animals are treated don't we?
