Whirlpool smooth top range,1 month after owning it a tea cup fell and shattered the top... Not covered by warranty.. however after a nice letter to the company they agreed to replace the top.. I paid for labor.... fair deal to me...great customer service. Stove works great too.

I have the stove, refrigerator and dishwaher all. They have a good warranty and a high consumer satisfaction rating. If you have a Lowe's or Best Buy in your area, try those two. Either will match the other price and beat it by 10%.
