I agree with what you said INSIDE your post though - it's not about finding the right person but rather being the right person.

I'd never get married a 2nd time - even if there was a Mr. Right. 

There's an old saying *fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me*. 

Also, I have absolutely no need for *marriage* - could live together (been there, done that too) - but I rather like my space, figuratively and literally, and refuse to compromise myself, at this stage in my life, ever again. 

What they fall in love with  (my strengths, my business saavy, my confidence, humor, other things, etc.) they eventually detest same by the end of the marriage/relationship.  I like who I am and don't need anyone's approval on that spectrum.  *grins*
