Because..........people like to believe they are from a higher class of people when they need to get off their high horse thinking they represent this so called better class of people just because they may be able to afford the price on the price tag where others have to settle for something less expense. Crime, drugs and all the other things you say only come from low income neighborhoods exist just as much in the richer neighborhoods the only difference being it is not so much talked about when the so called higher class of people are caught in some of these so called low income activities. Who decides what neighborhoods are more profitable than others? The same ones with that narrow minded view that comes from prejudice. Please people get over yourselves, you are not all that, and if education is your issue then by all means you need to go and educate yourself in the real world instead of the fairy tale you have going on for yourself.
