I used the face wash, toner & lotion. My skin still breaks out a lot but think it is a combination of the heat, and my new habit of falling asleep w/o washing my face first! (bad, I know!!) Only complaint I have with it is it does not remove makeup. After I wash my face, I can still see makeup on the cottonball I use to apply the toner. I guess, technically, you are supposed to use a makeup remover first. After I run out, I was thinking of trying ProActive. I have heard nothing but rave reviews from other girls I know who use it.
