Thanks for your input...it seems that the pay gets lower everyday and nobody wants to pay for experience. They would rather pay someone 6 cents a line and hope they get it right. I used to love my job as an Editor but with changes in management, horrible accounts and MTs that really don't know anything, what they pay me, I could make more typing which is a really sad thought.
