I did not understand any of it until I had trouble finding something in my home area that would work for my employer. All they would say is that I needed "high speed." I happened to have a friend whose brother is in IT and walked me through it and suggested wireless. It is more expensive but if you travel it is worth the cost.
Oh, and forgot to mention in the other post - check for employer discounts through sprint and verizon. I'm not sure if you are married but I found out in a round-about way that they offer employer discounts but you have to ask specifically for the representative to look it up for you. My employer was 15%, now hubs is 10%. My mom gets like a 7% through verizon. Have no idea if MQ has one or not.
