Oncology Meeting Transcription

Modern Day Scribe, a meeting transcription company located in Springfield MA, is adding more independent contractors to our virtual network. We are looking for:

• MTs (medical transcriptionists) with strong backgrounds in oncology for transcription of medical meetings and roundtable discussions.

 A candidate for our IC Network must be:

 • an established independent contractor with a dedicated home who can commit to being visible in terms of communications via our project management tool (strong communication skills are a must);

• available for transcription of a minimum of 60 minutes of audio per 24-hour turn-around, and a minimum of four days/week (note that a guarantee of work is neither implied nor intended);

TASK Transcription Services, Inc. is seeking multiple transcriptionists with experience transcribing court proceedings and depositions.  We are seeking contractors who will transcribe at least 90 minutes of audio per day, five days per week.  We especially need people who will routinely take and finish work after 5:00pm that needs to be done overnight.  We pay extra for this.

PATHOLOGY MTS NEEDED - PRECISION

Precision Transcription is currently seeking highly talented and motivated medical transcriptionists/Editors for Pathology work (Independent Contractors).

Pathology - Monday thru Friday between the hours 9a – 5 pm EST.

Current opportunities allow transcriptionists to work from the comfort of their own home. Core requirements include willingness to work consistently with significant experience in transcription and speech editing of medical record reports, with a minimum of one (2) year of recent on-the-job, Pathology experience.

Requirements Include:

• Ability to consistently produce accurate medical reports with a Quality Audit score of 98% or better
• Strong background in medical terminology
• Commitment to meeting minimum daily quotas and strict quality standards
• Access to high-speed internet, PC and foot pedal
• Ability to work independently
• High level of self-motivation
• Ability to pass a skills assessment
• Ability to provide proof of transcription education and/or reference
• For Pathology:  Multifactor apps need to be installed on MTs cell phones (we use Duo, Imprivata, and Microsoft Authenticator), so you will need an active and current cell phone with access to the app store of your choosing.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining ongoing personal education and reference library to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Maintaining knowledge of new procedures, medications, etc.
• Ability to review reports for completeness against voice files and correct errors in transcription, grammar, punctuation and spelling
• Correcting omissions or inconsistencies found
• Staying up-to-date on any account changes and adapt accordingly
• Reviewing and keeping updated on Master File instructions for all account specifics
