A program that my friend took just out of transcription school was the AIM program. She told me their fee was only about $99 and they follow along with you and send you feedback about every note you transcribe for them. They even offer employment after you finish the program. I don't have experience with it myself, but she stated she got really go feedback and the program was very helpful.
Definitely update your reference materials though too. I'm sure there are several things now that were not around the last time you were transcribing.
