I addressed all of the issues. The bottom line is that I have other MTs that work for me. Everyone paid their set up fee for their pedal and their software. They are all working and they are all happy. You cannot please 100% of the people 100% of the time. If someone is disgruntled or unhappy they certainly have not let me know until now. Each time I add someone new to the system I, as the service owner, am charged a fee. I let everyone know up front that is their responsibility. If they choose to work that is their perogative. Express Scribe is the program that is used to play the files. It is not the program used to retrieve and return the dictation. It is seperate. This is not the forum to discuss personnel issues so I will not do that here. If someone can sleep better at night trashing me or my company then so be it.
